Ingredients
- 2 cups dried mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- A small chopped onion
- A cup of Arborio rice
- 1 liter of water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
- 10 basil leaves
- A white wine cup
Preparation Mode
- Boil water in a pan.
- If using dried mushrooms: add mushrooms to boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. When it becomes very soft, remove it from the pan and chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
If you are using fresh mushrooms: it is not necessary to boil them, just sauté them with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. - Add salt, oil, garlic and onions to a frying pan and sauté with the mushrooms.
- Add the rice to the boiling water. Add the white wine and mix well.
- Keep adding water until the rice is completely cooked and tender, mixing as you add more water.
- When the rice is ready, turn off the heat and add the coconut milk and mushrooms.
- Mix well and garnish with basil leaves.
- Ready to go!!
